You are agreeing to Fourforty mountain bike parks terms and conditions. These are as follows.
1. Fourforty mountain bike park has the right to close the park with less than 24 hours notice if any of the following circumstances arise. Severe wind (or any bad weather), extreme fire danger.
2. Fourforty mountain bike park has the right to refuse entry to any person. Reasons for refusal of entry may include the following: Unsuitable riding gear (this includes bike and safety equipment), intoxication, inappropriate behavior, not following park regulations, entering the trails without a paid session pass.
